Returns
Returning a product is simple with Discount Office Products, simply follow the instructions below.
1. Ensure the period for which you are allowed to returns goods has not been exceeded (see terms & conditions)
2. Via order history, please select the order you wish to return a product from. Select the order, the order lines available to return will then be displayed. Select the line(s) you wish to return and the quantity. Next, choose a reason for the return from the drop down list. please submit your request along with any notes, our customer service team will be notified and will process your request. You will be notified by email regarding the status of your return.
3. Please call customer services on 0870 066 1777 to enquire about your return between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 Monday - Friday. A customer services advisor will handle your enquiry.
4. Please have your order number or delivery note number to hand, this will help us to handle your enquiry more efficiently.
5. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you will be required to return the goods to Discount Office Products at your own expense.
Furniture Returns
You have 14 days from date of receipt to request goods to be returned if not to your satisfaction. Goods will only be accepted for return and if unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
All returns will be collected before any refund (if applicable) is processed and we reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
